Shiarne is a bubbly and dedicated physiotherapist who finds fulfillment in enabling patients to return to their full capacity pain free whether this is returning to sport, running, work or everyday injuries. To achieve this, Shiarne takes a full body approach, not just looking at the injury on its own, with a strong focus on restoring mobility, strength and function with a strong focus on active based treatment, hands-on therapy and education. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym, spending time with family and friends, running, travelling or watching cringy rom-coms.

Daniel is a passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist who is highly motivated and committed to helping his patients return back to their normal lives, whether that be returning back to work, or enjoying their hobbies.
Daniel believes that every individual is one of a kind, and works closely with his patients to understand their individual situation and needs. Through his individualised approach, Daniel combines his manual therapy skills with the benefits of exercise to help his patients not only overcome their pain but also to strengthen their bodies to prevent future injury recurrences.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys staying active through weight training at the gym and playing badminton at a social and competitive level.
